[please apply online] a Regional Sale Manager, you will promote Nol-Tec Systems within an assigned territory and clients. You will lead the conversation and pursuit of customers to supply them bulk material handling systems, equipment and services as manufactured/supplied by Nol-Tec. You will manage any Application Sales Representatives in the assigned territory.

Job Requirements:

  • High School or equivalent
  • Experience in direct customer communication
  • Experience in mechanical or pneumatic systems design and dense phase pneumatic conveying
  • Knowledge of mechanical or pneumatic systems design.
  • General understanding of pneumatic conveying system concepts.
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Strong logic and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal business communication skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer sites and host customer visits to Nol-Tec as needed
  • Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and seminars as needed
  • Prepares and conducts educational training on Nol-Tec equipment
  • Assist in enhancing marketing effectiveness
  • Coordinate sales activities within the assigned territory
  • Maintain ongoing contact with sales representatives and travels with them periodically
  • Generate proposals- determine sales price and estimated delivery of customer solution\
  • Coordinate with other departments at Nol-Tec to obtain accurate information for bidding. Solicits information from outside vendors as needed to prepare proposals.
  • Coordinate product testing
  • Supervisory responsibilities: provide direction to the Applications Engineer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
